  • My Garments are expensive/imported – How do we trust you?

    We started our services only after practical experience of washing/dry-cleaning hundreds of thousands of Indian and International brands. (Please refer our Process and Testimonials).

  • Why is your price so economical compared to your high quality?

    We wash/dry-clean at our own processing house – and our own team – this ensures personal care and no middle man involved. We believe in passing that benefit directly to our customers.

    We focus on Operational efficiency and do not use cheaper detergents/solvents – this helps us keep our cost low and maintain our quality.

  • When do you Deliver back?

    Normal Delivery – 4 working days.

    Urgent Delivery - Next Day Delivery (24-36 hrs) - 2 times the standard price list / min. billing Rs. 800.

    Express same day delivery service - Please call to check availability and price.

  • Do you guarantee for color bleeds?

    If the manufacturer of the brand has confirmed tested reports and guaranteed the color bleed we will follow the labels on the branded clothes and we guarantee for it too.

  • What are the minimum garments needed to arrange pickup?

    Minimum order value for pickup / drop service is ₹600.

  • Do you offer bulk discount?

    Yes – We keep running bulk discount offers from time to time. Please enquire on our customer service numbers. Additionally you may also want to check customised monthly packages depending on your guranteed monthly clothes load.

  • Do you charge extra for stain removal?

    Most often NO – extra cost for most of the stains.

    If at all specific stains need major attention / time we shall let you know in advance if it may cost extra.

  • Do we have to pay extra for Folded or Hanger delivery Options?

    NO – no extra cost for our standard folded or hanger delivery.
